Our team of experienced Master Mariners and Chief Engineers carry out audits for reputed shipping companies as per the specifications laid down by the Company ISM, ISPS and MLC manuals. The vessel is audited for compliance with mandatory regulations and Industry Standards (VIQ/  TMSA etc.).  The audit involves inspection of the vessel and documents as required by ISM / ISPS / MLC.

Our Team of experienced Master Mariners carry out extensive Cargo Audits as part of the TMSA requirement.

We have developed an in-house Cargo Audit Checklist in line with TMSA requirements which provides a complete overview of the soft skills and knowledge of onboard personnel related to cargo operations.

We can also carry out Cargo Audits based on Company specific Checklists.

We have developed an in-house Navigation Audit Checklist in line with TMSA and OCIMF Navigation Audit Guidelines which provides a complete overview of the soft skills and knowledge of onboard personnel related to Navigation.

These audits include Behaviour based approach to observe and evaluate the practices and skill-sets of the individuals and bridge team to provide assurance of standards of navigation. This ensures that the audit is carried out to ensure compliance with company navigation procedures as well as provide an insight on the actual bridge team.

During the course of the audit we also carry out rectification and training as deemed necessary to elevate the navigational skills of the  Bridge Team.

We also carry out Gap Analysis for Company’s Bridge procedures based on the latest TMSA / VIQ and various industry standards.
