SMS Consultancy:

We have well qualified and trained experts who provide SMS Consultancy and have the knowledge and expertise in providing a complete set up till implementation and certification from the classification society for shore office and onboard ships. Training in SMS to office staff and ship staff is conducted so that they are in sync with the SMS system.

 

Gap Analysis:

We provide SMS Gap Analysis to identify differences between a company’s existing processes and practices and the requirements (both regulated and performance based) of an effective SMS. Thus enabling an efficient gap analysis plan for enhancing SMS. A gap analysis identifies not just gaps in proactive safety management but also performance deficiencies in current processes or procedures. We believe that effective monitoring and a 3rd party gap analysis will further contribute towards enhancing an existing SMS system.
